Chris Green has many years experience as a national broadcaster.
He has contributed hundreds of features to Radio 4 programmes including You & Yours and Going Places and produced documentaries on a wide range of subjects including the Munich air disaster, Black Country comedy, cricket and West Bromwich Albion’s ‘Three Degrees’ – Cyrille Regis, Brendon Batson and Laurie Cunningham.
Chris was also an investigative reporter for On The Line on Radio 5 Live and Sport on Five.
He continues to produce thought-provoking and memorable programmes for The Reunion on Radio 4.
In recent years, the topics covered by the programmes Chris has researched and produced the 1966 World Cup, the Hillsborough disaster, cricket’s controversial World Series, the Dunblane massacre and classic children’s TV programme Play School.
His latest production, on the Herald of Free Enterprise tragedy in 1987, was broadcast on Radio 4 at 11.15am on Sunday, August 21 and received excellent feedback.
