Business Advice and Support
At CGM we appreciate businesses are currently operating in a difficult economic climate.
That’s why our business advice and support service is designed to support our customers throughout the lifecycle of their business, from starting up, through to development and planning and shaping an exit strategy.
Our relationships manager Mark Heason has vast experience of assisting businesses during his 35 year career with Lloyds TSB Group, including 20 years as a commercial manager where he developed close working relationships with business owners to ensure they received the best possible support to enable their companies to grow.
Mark has substantial experience and expertise to assist sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with planning, finance, contracts of employment, franchising and budgeting.
Here’s how our business advice and support service works:
- For a one-off fee Mark will conduct a fact-finding assessment of your business
- He will provide a written report and arrange a subsequent meeting with observations, suggestions and a potential plan of action
- If accepted, Mark will signpost services to enable your business to flourish and arrange regular meetings (e.g. monthly or quarterly) to ensure things are on track.
Although Mark may recommend CGM services as part of the plan there is no commitment to engage any of our media services as part of the business advice and support package.
The benefits of our business advice and support service include:
- Expert, independent business advice
- Brings business planning and the marketing of your business together
- Coordinated and cohesive approach to developing your company
