Can you keep a cool head in a crisis?

Hopefully, you’ll never need the skills offered by this four hour course – but learning how to handle awkward or difficult situations with authority should be an essential ingredient in your crisis management plan.

We will teach you how to convey clear messages about your business or profession and keep your cool when you’re being bombarded with questions and have microphones thrust under your nose.

You will leave the session with practical skills that can be used to resolve many awkward situations.

All Chris Green Media courses are presented at high quality venues in Worcestershire and include: PowerPoint presentations, interactive sessions, ‘key message’ take home packs and stationery in a CGM branded folder and a certificate.
